LearnOnLock keeps your learning settings and review progress on your devices. The app has no accounts and no advertising, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. The phrase catalog is bundled with the app.
Phrases are spoken with the voices installed on your device. Speech is generated on the device.
A paired Apple Watch receives your selected language and settings from your iPhone over Apple's WatchConnectivity. That sync stays between your two devices.
To learn which features are used and to fix problems, LearnOnLock can send anonymous usage signals through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. These signals describe how the app is used, for example that a language was picked, a phrase was opened, or a widget was set up. Signals carry one anonymous random identifier, created on your iPhone and shared with your widgets and paired Apple Watch so they count as one person. TelemetryDeck hashes it, and we cannot link it to you. Signals also include the app's build number and your chosen phrase frequency.
LearnOnLock does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
